Our water plasma cutting table enables extremely flexible and efficient cutting of a wide range of materials such as plastics, metals and stones. This is achieved by using a high-pressure jet of special fluid. The system supports waterjet, plasma and flame cutting. The system is particularly energy efficient and leads to considerable savings in your energy costs.
Various materials (plastic, metals, stone and many more) are cut safely and with minimal distortion using a high-pressure water jet. A fine jet of water is applied to the workpiece at a pressure of up to 9,000 bar. The water used is mixed with particles that are highly abrasive, and the high pressure makes it possible to cut material thicknesses of up to 250 mm.
Water jet, plasma and flame cutting are all possible on our flexible water plasma cutting table.
In water jet cutting, the water jet is intercepted. This reduces the high pressure at which it hits the material to prevent it from cutting the material underneath. A water basin is located under the cutting part for this purpose. The water jet is dissolved there. The basin has a relative size of at least 1.50 x 3 m up to 4 x 8 m. The component to be cut is placed on special supports on the top of the basin.
The abrasion of the material to be cut produces abrasive waste during the process. An integrated scraper discharge system removes particles, small parts and cutting residues from the water basin. The scraper discharge system consists of two chain strands, right and left. On the underside of the system, the dirt is removed by scrapers between the chain strands. These scrapers are adapted to the transported material and the respective process.
The table has its own control system that switches on a time interval for the scraper chain conveyor.
The water cutting table is also equipped with an integrated level compensation system that pneumatically adjusts the water level. This allows a flexible decision to be made as to whether the component is cut above or under water.
The system is equipped with integrated air tanks, which are flooded with water as required to achieve a low fill level in the water cutting table. To increase the fill level, the water is pneumatically pressed from the tanks back into the table basin.

It is possible to retrofit a compact filter at any time to filter out the suspended particles and further improve the water quality.
