The system is able to remove large quantities of dirt, helps to reduce wear on downstream filter systems and requires minimal space. The liquid enters the magnetic system from above through a distribution box. A rake distributes the liquid evenly so that it runs homogeneously past the underside of the magnetic roller. This ensures effective and safe filtration.
The roller rotates against the flow direction of the liquid, so the ferromagnetic particles adhere to the roller and are discharged from the process by the rotational movement. At the top of the magnetic roller there is another roller made of plastic, whose task is to press out the ferromagnetic particles and keep the liquid in the system. This process produces a dry filter cake or filter sludge. With our system, you reduce production costs by being able to recycle the filter cake more easily, reduce the disposal volume and minimize the carry-over of cooling lubricants.
