    The innovative combination of a bowl filter with an inclined bed filter reduces the carry-over of cooling lubricants to a minimum and prevents the dirt cake from falling back. The medium to be filtered flows into the trough while the filter cake forms at the front and dries. The filter works with an endless belt made of wear-free plastic. This completely eliminates the need for consumables such as filter fleece.

    The endless belt filter combines the functionality of a bowl filter with an inclined bed filter. The medium to be filtered enters the trough and the filter cake forms on the inclined surface at the front, dries and moves out. This prevents the dirt from falling back and ensures the lowest possible carry-over of cooling lubricants from the system. The filter uses an endless belt, which is usually made of plastic. This means that there is no filter consumable material, such as a filter fleece.

Properties

The endless belt filter has an integrated mechanical belt cleaning function. A brush removes the surface dirt from the belt and ejects it into a dirt container. The brush is also equipped with an integrated self-cleaning function. To remove even smaller particles from the endless belt,

a backflushing lance is fitted in the filter, which backflushes the belt and thus makes the filter surface permanently available again. The backwash medium from the filter belt flows back into the system, while the dirt particles that have been removed are stored in the filter cake and then discharged.

The medium is calmed by a special feed system to optimize the filter cake build-up on the endless belt. If required, the filter can be equipped with a drying roller. This presses out the filter sludge, the medium remains in the process and a dry filter cake is created

The feed of the endless belt is automatic, sensor and time-controlled and thus enables demand-oriented control.
The endless belt filter is designed either as a hydrostatic filter system without auxiliary energy or as a suction belt filter system. Thanks to the suction (negative pressure), high throughput rates are achieved in the smallest of spaces.
