The hinged belt conveyor is characterized by its exceptional durability and robustness. This enables trouble-free operation with very low follow-up costs. Signs of wear are reduced to a minimum thanks to the intelligent design and the use of high-quality materials. The hinged belt conveyor is extremely flexible in its application and can be used successfully as a dry and wet conveyor in a wide variety of areas.
The hinged belt conveyor is equipped with a special hinged apron conveyor. The bulk material runs on the plates and is conveyed safely out of the machine.
The hinged belt conveyor also consists of two chain strands, one on the right and one on the left, as well as the plates in between. The chains are equipped with individual rollers, are easy to move and run in a continuous guide. This enables the use of economical geared motors and at the same time reduces the power required to operate the system. As a result, the system is particularly energy-efficient.
The incline angle of the conveyor is 60°. Special flights ensure that the material continues to be transported in the ascending section and is discharged optimally. The slat conveyor pitches are variable and range from 38 to 150 mm. Plates of different sizes, individually armored, hard-faced or perforated, are used depending on the application. We create the perfect conveyor system for every application.
The stationary deflections and the drive sprockets are made of special, wear-resistant materials. This ensures a service life that easily covers the life cycle of a processing machine in multi-shift operation. You benefit from the very low follow-up and wear costs of the system and contribute to greater sustainability within your processes. To protect the entire system, electronic run monitoring is integrated to prevent blockages and hinge plate breakage. With this Industry 4.0-capable system, you are equipped for the future and reduce your personnel costs and maintenance costs thanks to the high level of automation.
The hinged belt conveyor is suitable for both dry and wet applications in the fluid and gives you maximum flexibility. For use as a wet conveyor, the system also has a lifting station with integrated pumps and fill level sensors. The fluid pre-filtered by the chain is fed into the process and downstream filtration. The contained liquid flows through the plate and along side-mounted separator plates into the tank. Solids and liquid are separated without the need for additional energy.
Designed for indoor and outdoor use, the hinged belt conveyor can be used as a stand-alone conveyor or as part of an interlinked system, depending on the application. Its simple integration into existing machine concepts makes it particularly flexible and adaptable.
The conveyor is designed precisely to your requirements - with or without an inclined section, as a Z or angled conveyor. The discharge height and container are also individually designed to meet your requirements. Conveyor lengths of up to 50 m and various widths can be realized for individual systems.
Technical details:
The hinged belt conveyor is characterized by its exceptional durability and long service life. You benefit from outstanding machine availability, process reliability and a short amortization period, as the system works reliably over a long period of time. Its long service life makes it a particularly sustainable system with a positive environmental footprint.
Our suction slotted screen filter module is demand-controlled, which means that it optimizes energy consumption and, thanks to intelligent pump control, only provides exactly the pressure that is needed in the process. The high degree of automation minimizes manual intervention and contributes to the sustainability of the entire system.
