Glass Cathedral

In order to gain an even better understanding of filtration and the associated processes, we have produced a glass filter dome. This dome is fitted with a filter cartridge and is then fully functional. The fully automated backwashing process of the StingR® is thus presented in detail in a comprehensible way.

    Filter technology

    In our in-house laboratory, we test your fluid using state-of-the-art measuring equipment and carry out specific particle and sedimentation analyses.

    Environmental technology

    We test your specific substrates in our technical center and then carry out gas yield analyses. both substrate samples and test results are then sent to you. Our specially developed laboratory extruder is used for smaller substrate samples. At Lehmann, we guarantee you sound advice and equip you reliably for the future with our systems.

Test bench

We test your fluid on our filter systems and enable the comprehensive testing of large quantities of your individual cooling lubricant. We adapt the filter performance and fineness specifically to your process in order to subsequently provide you with a customized filter system.
